SnowCon 2010 is held at the Black Bear Inn Conference Center & Suites in Orono, Maine.
The Black Bear Inn has a block of rooms available for SnowCon attendees at a reduced rate of $79.95 per night plus tax when you mention SnowCon at the time of your reservation. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early reservations are strongly recommended as it's a long holiday weekend and it can get busy! The Black Bear Inn is a non-smoking, pet-friendly hotel. (That being said, you can bring your pet balroc, but it can't be on fire.)
Right off I-95 exit 193, it's only eight miles from the Bangor International Airport and the Greyhound and Concord Trailways bus stations. It's also located minutes from Bangor shopping, University of Maine Museum of Art, Maine Discovery Museum, the University of Maine, the Old Town Canoe outlet store, and is about an hour away from Baxter State Park, Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. So your non-gaming family members can come too, and have a great time while you play!
